Loaded Crisps #2

Upgrade your crisps game with Alexandra Dudley's canape cheat. 
This swalty pairing joins creamy ricotta, toasted hazelnuts, juicy figs and fresh honey on delectably salted crisps.

Ingredients
Really good ready salted crisps
Ricotta
Hazlenuts
Figs 
Honey

Method
Toast the hazelnuts gently in a frying pan, watch them as nuts burn quickly - then crush them in a tea towel with a rolling pin. Pour all the crisps out onto your nicest plate. Spoon over generous dollops of ricotta and place slices of figs. Sprinkle with the toasted hazelnuts and drizzle liberally with honey.
