Upgrade your crisps game with Alexandra Dudley's canape cheat. 
This very moreish pairing joins creamy buratta, salty serrano ham and picante guindilla peppers on umami truffle crisps and drizzled with olive oil.

Ingredients
Really good truffle crisps
Burrata
Serrano ham
Guindilla peppers
Extra virgin olive oil

Method
Pour all the crisps out onto your nicest plate. Break off generous chunks of burrata and place on the crisps and let the serrano ham fold and fall where it wants. Lay over the guindila peppers and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
