Sloe Spritz

This autumn, whip up a batch of Bathtub Sloe Spritz. With almost half a pound of the finest sloes in every bottle expect luscious fruitiness that’s gently spiced - perfect to elongate with prosecco and a splash of soda water. 

Ingredients (serves 6)

200ml Bathtub Sloe Gin
700ml chilled prosecco
350ml chilled soda water
Sloes and bay leaves to garnish

Method
Pour Bathtub Sloe Gin and prosecco into a large pitcher. Add the soda water and stir gently. Serve over plenty of ice with sloes and bay leaves to garnish.
