Sbagliato Corretto

The Negroni Sbagliato was a mistake. We’ve corrected it.
Mirko Stocchetto made the original at Bar Basso in Milan by reaching for prosecco instead of gin. We’ve put the gin back, kept the fizz, and made enough for everyone. The Sbagliato Corretto: a Negroni that’s learned to host, and the easiest punch you’ll make all year.
Ingredients (serves 6)
150ml Bathtub Gin
150ml Campari
150ml sweet vermouth
1 bottle of prosecco
Method
A small tumbler of each Negroni ingredient and a whole bottle of prosecco. You could mix the base ahead and keep it cold, then pour in the prosecco when the doorbell rings. Plenty of ice, grapefruit wedges and then ladle into wine glasses.
