Ginger and sage bring festive warmth to this gin
fizz punch, making it the perfect companion for
your holiday cheese board.

The zesty kick of ginger complements the herbal depth of sage, while the light,
bubbly gin and prosecco keep things refreshing. The show-stopping lemon
and sage ice ring will really impress your guests too.

This punch isn't just a drink—it's a centrepiece for your Christmas table,
delivering both flavour and flair with every sip!

Ingredients
200ml Bathtub Gin
100ml ginger liqueur
100 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
50ml agave syrup
750ml prosecco
6-8 sage leaves
Lemon slices
Fresh sage sprigs
Bundt tin

To create the sage and lemon ice ring, fill a bundt ring with lemon slices and
sage sprigs and freeze overnight.

In a large punch bowl or jug, combine the Bathtub Gin, ginger liqueur, freshly
squeezed lemon juice, and agave syrup. Gently muddle the fresh sage leaves
in the mixture to release their flavour and stir well to mix all the ingredients.

Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the flavours
to meld and the sage to infuse. When ready to serve, strain out the sage leaves,
add the ice ring and top with prosecco. Stir gently to combine without losing too
much of the bubbles and garnish with more lemon slices and sage.
