Peach Bellini Punch
Serves 6-8

A luxurious, effervescent punch with juicy peach and botanical depth—
like a Brunch Bellini meets a Gin Spritz!
Food pairing: Anchovy and butter on toasts
Ingredients
500ml Bathtub Gin 
500ml peach iced tea 
100ml fresh lemon juice 
50ml honey syrup (or agave syrup, adjust to taste) 
1 bottle Prosecco, chilled 
1 ripe peach, thinly sliced 
1 lemon, thinly sliced Ice
Method
In a large pitcher, mix Bathtub Gin, peach iced tea, lemon juice, and honey syrup. 
Stir well. Add peach and lemon slices, letting them infuse for a few minutes. 
Fill the pitcher with ice, then gently top with chilled Prosecco just before serving. 
Stir lightly and serve in flutes or wine glasses, garnished with a peach slice.
