Negroni Alle More

The Negroni alle More: Negroni with blackberries but sounding a lot more like a holiday fling. Blackberries muddled into a classic, making the serve a little darker and a lot more fruity

Ingredients
5 blackberries plus 3 to garnish
35ml Bathtub Gin
35ml Campari
35ml sweet vermouth

Method
Muddle the berries with the vermouth first, add the gin and Campari, stir then double strain over ice so the seeds stay behind. Blackberries on a cocktail pick to finish.
