Mini Miso Martini Punch

The perfect festive drinks showstopper

This grownup gin punch blends the deep, earthy flavours of Miso,
Black Cardamom, and Pine with the briny elegance of Noilly Prat and olive brine.
Garnished with olives sparkling like jewels amidst the ice, it’s a sophisticated,
savoury twist on holiday punch that’s sure to impress even the most
seasoned cocktail lovers. Served in vintage sherry glasses because these
martinis pack a punch.
Ingredients 
350ml Miso, Black Cardamom and Pine Bathtub Gin
350ml Noilly Prat
50ml Olive brine
Olives
Ice

Add the Miso, Black Cardamom and Pine Bathtub Gin, Noilly Prat and olive brine to a bowl,
stir well to ensure all the ingredients are mixed and let sit in the fridge for
a few hours at least to meld.

When ready to serve, fill a tray with ice and nestle the punch bowl within.
Place the glasses upside down on the ice to chill and garnish the ice with olives.
