DIY G&T Bar

Ensure your guests have a great tasting drink in their hands, whilst you finish up the last bits and pieces in the kitchen. Plus it's a great ice breaker - no pun intended.

What you'll need
A bottle of Bathtub Gin
A selection of tonics, mix it up with a some flavoured ones
Citrus garnishes sliced in wedges
Herb garnishes - mint, thyme and rosemary all work well
Glasses
Lots of ice
Olives & crisps

Method
Clear a small space somewhere where your guests are gathering. Use your prettiest bowls, get out your best glasses and assemble everything so it's ready to go for the first guest. Top tip, put waste paper basket nearby for your guests to drop their empty tonic cans in.
