Count Negroni’s Midnight Cherry Punch
Serves 6-8
A darker, richer twist with warming spice and a subtle cola sweetness.

Ingredients
500ml Bathtub Gin
250ml Campari
250ml red vermouth
750ml cherry cola (such as Fentimans or a craft alternative)
1 handful fresh cherries
Ice
Method
In a large pitcher, combine Bathtub Gin, Campari and red vermouth.
Stir gently. Just before serving, top with chilled cherry cola.
Stir lightly. Serve over ice with fresh cherries
