Ingredients
250ml Bathtub Gin
500ml Earl Grey tea, cooled
150ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
100ml honey syrup (mix equal parts honey and hot water)
500 ml perry
Lemon slices
Pear slices
Ice

Brew 500ml of strong Earl Grey tea and let it cool to room temperature.
In a large punch bowl or jug, combine the cooled Earl Grey tea, gin,
freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey syrup. Stir well until the honey syrup
is fully dissolved and let sit in the fridge for a few hours to chill and allow
the flavours to meld.
When ready to serve, fill the punch bowl with ice and add the chilled perry,
stir gently to combine. Garnish with the lemon and pear slices.
